We offer Free Worldwide Delivery on all our Wacky orders!
To ensure we can offer you the best possible prices, the team has worked hard to cut out the middle man and secure our wacky products direct from our suppliers all around the world. As a result, this means delivery may take slightly longer.
We expect your order to be delivered within 10-15 working days and will always aim to make this time frame as short as possible. In extremely rare cases or at peak times, this can increase to 30 working days.
Due to our array of suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple parcels.
**PLEASE NOTE - In some instances, deliveries are being impacted by the Royal Mail strike - although this sits outside of our control, we will do all we can to ensure you receive your parcel as soon as possible**

Free Exchanges
Here at Wacky Jerseys we understand a perfect jersey fit is vital for maximum comfort when riding.
If you would like to exchange your jersey for another size please email Help@Wackyjerseys.com within 10 days of your date of delivery.
As long as your jersey has not been used, worn, washed or damaged and includes the original tag attached we will be able to arrange an exchange for you.
To ensure your exchange is as seamless as possible, we ask you return your order to our UK head office.
We will provide a returns label for you.

Refunds
Whilst we love all of the wacky products that we sell, if you are not happy with your order we will offer you a refund.
To initiate this, please email Help@Wackyjerseys.com within 10 days of your date of delivery.
As long as your jersey has not been used, worn, washed or damaged and includes the original tag attached we will be able to arrange a refund for you.
To ensure your refund is as seamless as possible, we ask you return your order to our UK head office.
We will provide a returns label for you.
Once we receive your order, we will undertake our inspection procedure and refund your order accordingly to your original payment method.

Customs & Import Tax
So we can bring you the very best in wacky jersey range, the team have searched far and wide to find an array of suppliers across the globe. We are able to keep our prices low by cutting out the middle man and shipping our products directly to you. Whilst we offer free worldwide delivery, certain countries will charge a customs & import tax to import the goods to you. Customs is a government agency, which is responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. Any customs charges are paid to the government. Rules and regulations vary by country. Please check this before ordering. It is always the buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties (if any).
